Nico Alexander[1] is a recurring character that made his first appearance in Season 2 of the Disney+ Original Series Doogie Kameāloha, M.D.. He is Lahela Kameāloha's patient and love interest in Season 2. He is portrayed by Milo Manheim.[2][1]

Nico Alexander was born on August 10, 2004.[3] When Nico was young his father split. Then his aunt took him in and raised because his mother was never around, she was either in rehab or no where to be found when she isn't in rehab.[4]
