Frankie is a minor character in the Disney+ Original Series Doogie Kameāloha, M.D.. She was a former patient of Lahela's who had chronic renal failure and needed a new kidney. She is portrayed by Margaret Cho.

History[]
Not much is known about her life besides that her and her sister, Patty had a falling out. The reason for the falling out was, that Frankie was the only one taking care of their mom while she was sick and died.
Season One[]
Frankie's kidney was failing and she needed a new kidney. Lahela suggests that she should talk to her sister because she might be the perfect match. After Lahela makes a phone call to her to Frankie’s sister, Patty who is a suitable match, she refuses. The reason she refuses at first is revealed to be because, Frankie was the only one taking care of their mom while she was sick and before she died. But in the end, Frankie and her sister make up and decides to accept the kidney.
